SupportAssist application (ver. 3.8.1) is failing to open, all of a sudden. Upon launching, the black screen hovers for a few minutes, eventually displaying the message:
"We ran into an unexpected Issue with Support Assist. Restart your PC and try again later."
I re-started my PC, and made additional attempts to launch the application, which it failed again, exhibiting the same failure message.
Man, I hate this!

okay, after re-starting my PC four or five times now, SupportAssist (ver 3.8.1) appears to be functioning properly now.
