When I go to the support page for the XPS 27, it recommends that I download Support Assist. But when I download it, and click on it, I get a Windows error message saying it cannot find the specified file, or that it does not exist. The same thing happens if I go directly to the Support Assist download page. The download exe does appear on my computer, but apparently it does not contain a real file. Can anybody provide insight on this issue? Thank you.
You might want to re-post this in the SupportAssist forum, and be sure to mention the version of Windows you're running, and if it's Win 10, is this the April'18 Update (build 1803)?
