Latitude e6400 - SA, 3.0.2.48, crash

Question

ive had a problem with the dell support assist app on my computer its version is 3.0.2.48 i'm running windows 7 on my latitude e6400. I double click the support assistant it goes to the startup where it says DELL support assist for pc's and looks like its loading up but then it closes itself after a while but when i repeat the process it does the same thing

I have a problem with the dell support assist app crashing on my latitude e6400. I dont think this problem has been solved and should be fixed if there is any information or solutions please post them on this board

Hi Nickel, I would advise you to upgrade SupportAssist latest version which is 3.2 as per you old post you have mentioned that you have version 3.0.2 installed. Use this link for upgrade https://downloads.dell.com/serviceability/catalog/SupportAssistInstaller.exe Please post result after SupportAssist upgrade and in case you will still face same issue then contact Dell Customer Care.
