Problems with many cases

Hi,

I have problem with a few cases. 

1. I can't download and install update from Support Assist, its always going to lag and i can't update it. 

2. Spotify doesn't working, I think its problem with dns, because I can't open WebApp Spotify too 

"DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN", this problem I have with open Ads from Google too. 

3. Problem with so loud fan in my laptop when I do nothing too, it's fresh device and I think it's not normal for him, because he don't have any dust inside.

I tried to change my network, change my DNS on network card, install update's from Microsoft, tried to use CCleaner, triend to use Defraggler, tried to clean DNS from console.

I don't have any ideas for these problems, please try to help me.
