This morning I had a notification to run Dell support assist to optimize my system. (XPS 8930, windows 10 pro).
When I started it up the application came up but the majority of it was grayed out with the ms logo in center with th application indicating on top banner it's not responding. Rebooting the system & still get same not responding.
Any ideas?

Logged in as a user with Admin privileges?
You might want to re-post this in the SupportAssist forum.
EDIT: Only you can see the images you upload to this forum. No one else can see them. It's an ongoing issue...
