SupportAssist 381 - has quit working!!!!
SupportAssist 381 - has quit working!!!! Very disappointing to see so many having this issue - including me on my brand new Dell! Is this really the best Dell has to offer?

When you say that SAC has "quit working", what do you mean precisely?
It would help to have the model of your computer, not the service tag.
Often an uninstall or reinstall will correct issues. Also, you should ensure that your security software is not blocking SAC from running.
