I receive the following error message continuously: "Driver detection not available
Please try again later or use the Find it Myself tab to find drivers by Service Tag or see a list of drivers available for your product." Dell Service people have been unable to resolve during past two weeks. Any suggestions?
The bump this again just to see if anyone has any input.
I have premium support plus, and they have not been able to do anything but tell me issues been escalated and will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. This is been ongoing since the beginning of January
