Run this Troubleshooter from Microsoft 

You will have to run it twice 

Remove both Dell SupportAssist and Dell updates app using this. 

Open REGEDIT HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services

Delete Dell client management, Dell hardware support, Dell SupportAssist. 

Reboot.
