Vostro 5370 - SupportAssist not working

My new laptop demand me to optimize but when i open Dell SupportAssist, this app doesn't work. I try to download the latest version, it said that the version in my lap was already the latest! Help me to solve this program. Thank you so much

Have you tried to completely uninstall SupportAssist and installing it again?

How do you "completely" uninstall it? Is Windows' own "uninstall" enough to completely remove it? I'm having a problem with SupportAssist where, upon opening, there are the four little loading squares and it never progresses past this point. I've never had an issue with SupportAssist before. As far as I'm aware, this only happened after installing a "Critical" update via Dell Update which was something like "SupportAssist OS Recovery Tools". I'm happy to try a reinstall of SupportAssist though to see if that works. Oh, and I have an Inspiron 5570, not a Vostro.
