XPS 15 7590, SA not working

I got a reminder on my PC to run SA (Support Assist), clicked it, SA opened, and when I clicked "Run Now" the "Run Now" box shaded a bit to show I selected it, but after 15 minutes nothing happened. 

My Windows 10 machine is up to date on all updates. 

Anyone else having Support Assist issues? 

My Laptop:

  • Dell XPS 15 7590
  • Processor Intel Core i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz
  • RAM 32.0 GB
  • System Type 64-bit operating system
  • Windows 10 Version 2004 Build 19041.508 installed 8/02/2020

We recommend you do the SA uninstall/reinstall, then retest. Be sure the BIOS is updated to the latest. Additionally, running the updates manually from our support site for this week or so (if any apply).
