support assist not responding on my dell 2-1 inspiron 15-5578 running windows 10 version 1803.

any one got the instructions for fixing this issue.

Mine started freezing on launch. Went to C:\Program Files\Dell\SupportAssistAgent\bin\Resources\New-Dell-Logo-White-Small.png and deleted -Small. Should look like New-Dell-Logo-White.png. 

Working now.

It makes me wonder how bad the code behind the application must be to fail completely due to an image file name error.
