Dell SupportAssist for servers 1.1 is now available for early production access!
In January of 2015 we launched SupportAssist for servers, our first automated, proactive and predictive support technology for use without a management console. Enhancements were then made with the version 1.0.1 released in June.
Today we are providing early production access to version 1.1 to customers looking for the benefits of SupportAssist for servers for use on a Linux management station. Like all versions of SupportAssist, this new release is designed with automated, proactive and predictive features to help streamline your support experience. SupportAssist allows you to maintain system health by identifying failures faster and even before they happen with 24x7x365 proactive and predictive monitoring plus automatic case creation and contact from Dell Technical Support. Features vary depending on warranty entitlement.

Quick question, do you have path to find DSET on local server. I Try to collect log but impossible to find it Thank You (Os : CentOs)
DSET is no longer utilized from 1.1 and onwards, instead we have a new collector engine tool embedded in 1.1 version which replaces DSET and LASSO.
Hence you will not be able to run DSET command.

On February 18th we made SupportAssist for servers version 1.2 available for early production access. With this release we are removing SupportAssist for servers version 1.1 from the resources section of this site, thus many of the links in this forum post will no longer work.
