Stuck on Drivers & Downloads

All:
While trying to install/uninstall Oracle and Norton Security on my machine, I inadvertently ran into a workaround (or solution, depending on your perspective).
On my Windows 10 machine, I used "Add or remove programs" (using search) and saw that there were two icons for SupportAssist (even though only one instance of SupportAssist was visible). I uninstalled both, and then went to Dell support. When you try to check your hardware, it will automatically install SupportAssist. After that, you should be good to go.
After that, I reinstalled my Norton Security (I didn't install it prior to SupportAssist just in case it was screwing with SA settings).
SupportAssist is working fine for me now.

Mine is as well. Brand new laptop been out of the box for 2 hours. Been trying to make sure everything is up to date and it's stuck on 80%.

Same here - been trying for three days on Inspiron 17 7773. Remaining modules complete without an issue. Progress bar flashes from blue to green periodically

Same here. I have an Alienware Area 51 desktop. SupportAssist Drivers and Downloads always gets stuck at exactly 80%. I've left it on for hours as well. Doesn't move from there.
It's maddening. Because of that, I have to set it to "never remind me again" to avoid incessant reminders.
