Since installing latest version, I get a message that Not all SupportAssist features are enabled. I am an Administrator on the machine. This has happened on multiple machines since the update. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Naturally I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and running as administrator.
Same issue but with SA v188.8.131.52 on Latitude E6540 running Windows 10 Pro v1803. Also cannot use Profile link in upper right hand corner.
Issue does not exist on Latitude E6540 running Windows 7 Pro. nor on T3500 running Server 2012 R2..
2)reinstall SupportAssist in Microsoft Store
3)After install, disconnect internet and start SupportAssist
I can open SupportAssist.
After normal start, can connect internet
