I am receiving the message below on 5 of my servers:
SA-0140: SupportAssist Enterprise is unable to add the device lctableau1.lc100.net because a connection to the device was unsuccessful.
OME lists all 5 servers as having no issues. I can log onto the IDRAC fine.
I have recently changed the password on the IDRAC account and in SupportAssist in Manage Credentials.
Have I missed updating the password somewhere else?
updating the profiles is just one step, you may also re-create the OME adapter with the new profiles and re-discover the systems.This should do the trick.
