Hello Pricci,

     Are you running ESXi_4 server?

If so, this requires a specific grab utility.

you can download it from this FTP site:

This information is found in knowledge article emc243327

ftp://ftp.emc.com/pub/emcgrab/ESXi/

Also I found one other article emc211864

EMC Grab was touched by a Windows application such as winzip before transfer to ESX server.

Make sure the grab script is transferred to the server in binary mode.

I have the same problem, in the EMCGrab/Report in ESX/ESXi/Windows, aren´t information about HBA´s or Server's model...

I guess, is not a problem in procedure or in the version of the EMCGrab/Report, in another the EMC Grab or Report sends the correct information, but in others not.

I downloaded Sahara but analisys don't shows valuable information about some systems

do you know if this issue has a solution? or i have to get data manually?

thanks
