Enableing SSH for eManagement

Hi Experts !

My customer has followed  497705 : Vapp Manager for EEM by default defines Configure Customer Service Login Service Level -  None

to enable SSH for eManagement. But it seems to be not able to use SSH...

he clicks ``ALL`` as per KB ....

But it does not reflect ... tick is gone ....

Am I missing something ?

thank you so much for the info !

So If that is the case , this KB is not for eManagement , this is just for vApp manager to be able to use SSH ?

( I thought enabling SSH on vAPP , will enable SSH for eManagement also .. )

eManagement doesn't support SSH login if you want to run SE commands then you need to set it up as client server.
