Physical host seeing the gatekeepers.
Need to do PPME old array Clariion new Vmax, i provisioned the lun from Vmax to the same physical host. I see gatekeepers in that physical host although they provisioned lun and gatekeeper do not share any ports and i checked the zoning everything is fine. Could anyone help me with this problem.

Dont see in power path, but only disk management shows the gatekeepers.

Its probably the ACLX device. Take a look at Powerpath, likely to find the "gatekeeper" is not being managed by Powerpath.
In any case, this should not restrict you in any way from doing a PPME migration.

not an issue for PPME, if you are on Windows make sure to upgrade to the latest PP as there are bugs in earlier 5.7 version. (host panic during PPME session if LUN is > 2TB)
