Powerpath Psuedo Device in Soalris 10 Pools
Hi All,
I have crated a pool called "san" . We have some disks configured from the SAN and while adding the disk into the pool, instead of puseudo name I added with Solaris native device paths. My questions
1. Is there any way we can add the pusedo device to the pool without affecting the exisitng file systems.
2. What is the risk involved if I didn't add the pusedo name.
For the refernce , Please find the some ouputs. There are some devices added like this.
pool: san
state: ONLINE
scrub: none requested
