DRAC5 + Fence_DRAC Cluster function

I was wondering if anyone knew how to implement the "-d 5" parameter in the cluster.conf for RedHat Cluster on RHEL5.3?  There doesn't seem to be any option in the system-config-cluster or Congo/luci interface to do this, and I've not been able to find any good examples of where to put it in the cluster.conf xml file.

The reason and purpose of this is to address an error that I'm getting with the "fence_drac" tool for RedHat Cluster where is states "WARNING: unable to detect DRAC version".

This is on a Dell PowerEdge R905 running RHEL5.3 and RedHat Cluster Suite.
