DSM SA Data Manager won't start after updating firmware and driver on H700 Controller

I have been updating firmware on a bunch of our T710 and R710 servers recently for the H700 Controller.  I have been noticing now that the DSM SA Data Manager service is no longer starting when the server reboots and when I manually try to start the service, I am getting the following:

Windows could not start the DSM SA Data Manager service on Local Computer.  Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.

When I look at the Windows Event log, I am seeing the following three entries being entered:

Most of the systems are running OMSA 6.5 with a few scattered to 6.3 and 6.2.

Any help in getting this service to restart would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

RE: DSM SA Data Manager won't start after updating firmware and driver on H700 Controller

I'm having the exact same issue. Same module fault, same file version number. Did you find a resolution to the issue?

RE: DSM SA Data Manager won't start after updating firmware and driver on H700 Controller

I have not found a solution for this issue yet.  I am still trying to find a solution, so I would really like to get some help if anyone else has seen this issue.

RE: DSM SA Data Manager won't start after updating firmware and driver on H700 Controller

Try with different monitor, or not a DVI cable, if these are connected to the Machine.

this may not look like relevant, but similar crash issue had this limitation, just give a try with another monitor connected, with another cable ( not DVI )

I ended up uninstalling OMSA and then installing the most current version and the error didn't reappear.
