Dell Client Manager 3.0 BIOS file error

I am running Altiris 7.0/DCM3.0 on a Server 2003 box.  I am trying to set up and run the BIOS update task through the DCM "Quick Start" section.

I get an error when I select the pat of the BIOS file and try to save the task.  The error reads, "Cannot load the Dell BIOS file.  The BIOS file does not exist".

I have tried extracting the .hdr file.  The file resides on the C: drive of the server and I even gave the group "Everyone" full permissions to the drive to make sure there wasn't a permissions problem.

Anybody have any hints on what direction to go?
