Dell ITA discovering Servers Issue

Question

I just deployed a Dell 2850 back into my environment. We changed the name of the device but it still had a PTR assigned to the IP so ITA was confused. I fixed the PTR in DNS and now the device is detected with the proper name and IP but it just says NA for everything such as server type etc. The server I'm attempting to add has OpenManage Administrator 5.x.x installed and it works fine. Suggestions?

The most common cause of 'NA' is an SNMP configuration that won't allow ITA to read the info about the server. Have you tried the troubleshooting wizard in ITA? It steps through all the discovery protocols and should be able to identify the issue.
