Re: Dell Repository Manager - Cannot create repository for OMIVV

Rodria5,

OMIVV has to be deployed, registered (appliance web interface to "one or more" Vcenters), and have at least a single system on the connection profile. A couple things to consider are;

1. DRM is just used to create repositories ( download updates for system models, etc)
2. Normally, you would manually select your system model, and download any pertinent updates manually (or all updates)
3. DRM has an option to connect to OpenManage Enterprise, Essentials or OMIVV. It will gather the system models from the inventory, so that you don't have to create them manually, and it will only download applicable files

So it sounds to me like the issue is on #3, I would check the basics first (OMIVV is installed, registered, and is inventorying the systems)

Let me know what you see.
