I'm having trouble working on a UPS for a client. The problem is that it keeps cutting out output power (shutting off all devices plugged into it), then randomly coming back on. I have tried contacting DELL SUPPORT for this issue, but they keep running in circles since there is no service tag on the device. There is literally no support online, other than the service manual which just explains setting it up etc. Can anyone shed some light on this problem, or just the UPS itself? I wish Dell wasn't so caught up with their service tags, then this problem would have been resolved by now...
