Device discovered ok in OMIMSSC, but not listed in monitored systems, showing in SCOM though

Hi,

we use OMIMSSC to monitor iDRACs via SCOM. Some of the devices we added were discovered successfully, but are missing in the list of monitored systems in the appliance:

Similar device was discovered ok and is listed:

The overview page in the appliance shows 105 devices:

while we see 109 monitored devices in SCOM:

One thing we observe that all of the four additional/missing devices are M640 VRTX. As mentioned some of them show up ok in the appliance, some are not

Why is that and how can we fix it?

Hello Thorsten,

Sorry for the issues you are having and for the late response. I consulted with colleagues who might be interested in the subject. I spoke to a colleague and they are reviewing both this topic and that topic https://www.dell.com/community/Systems-Management-General/Credential-profiles-problem-in-OMIMSSC-and... Let's continue the two issues here. 
Could you please send me the following information?
What versions are being used SCOM and the OMIMSSC? Additionally, Could you provide us also have a TSR available from one of the VRTX blades and get a dumplog from the VRTX CMC? You can upload the logs here https://upload.dell.com/ after uploaded logs please let me know about it.
