IE certificates

i downloaded the certificates from the RAC and impoted them to my ie web browser.  I want to get rid of the dell certificates that keep poping up. I am wondering if I am doing something wrong.  Do I need to upload a certificate to the rac?  Is the certificate time sensitive (i.e. I need to d/l one for every different time)?

Also, is there anyway to change the speed of the racs? I use the PE 2650s and am wondering if the speed is locked at its default speed.
