ITA (5.5) - Software updates

Hi Guys,

I have restarted the server, renamed the repository folder to -old and created a new one, played with user timeout settings etc ... all to no avail... When i click on the software updates menu option, the server just sits there...

Anyone know how I can resolve this issue please?
