Lifecycle Controller unable to connect to Dell.com

I've got some R630 servers. I've updated the iDrac/Lifecycle controller firmware to the latest ( I've performed a cold reboot and entered the Lifycycle controller and tried to initiate a firmware upgrade.

But it seems the Lifecycle controller doesn't like using a HTTP proxy. If I do some network hacking and allow the Lifecycle controller to talk direct to Dell.com it upgrades fine (Apart from complaining that the Lifecycle controller doesn't support HTTPS!)

Is this a known issue?

We changed our online catalog to only use HTTPS early in 2019. A firmware update for the iDRAC/LCC 7/8 was released around mid 2019 to add the ability to use HTTPS for downloads. You must have that firmware or later installed and have the update method set to HTTPS to use our online catalog.
