The difference between Enterprise iDRAC7 and just the plain old ordinary one?

I will be receiving some M420s in a week or so that I plan on installing into an M1000e blade enclosure.  Is there an advantage to upgrading the iDRAC licensing on the individual nodes to Enterprise?  If so, what is it?
