iDRAC7 error - LIC008

Hi

I have purchased a licence for iDRAC7 to my R720xd.

When I try to import it I have this error :

iDRAC7 error - LIC008: The License Binding ID does not match the device unique identifier

So I found this doc but the problem is still present :

Of course I have no support on this machine ;).

What can I do ?

Hello

The iDRAC license is tied to the service tag it was created. If you purchased a license from us then the order should contain a number that will allow you to associate the purchase to your system service tag. If you go to our main support site there is a link to software licenses. On that page is a link to the digital locker. Associate the order to your service tag and make sure the service tag is properly set on the system.
