iDRAC8 set BIOS AC Power Recovery to Off using RACADM

Hello.

Is it possible to set the power recovery to off instead of last state or anything else using racadm?

I am having some difficulty in finding this answer or finding the setting if I export system config to xml using racadm.

Any insight would be appreciated.
