Dell PowerEdge R210 II problem

hi there I just ordered a R210 II from ebay I setup a server 2003 on it everything was worked perfectly until today I tried to access remotely my R210 II and I found out that it is off. I tried to turn it back on, but I couldn't. there is a amber light blinking, but at first when I plug power cable there ware no lights except the motherboard ( LED right next to the bios battery). When I press that small button at the front (I believe it is call error code panel) I've got amber blinking light. When I press it again I've got blue blinking light. I tried to power it on but no luck any help please. Thank you Nik
