Hi Bat-Erdene,

Did your USB keyboard and mouse working previously?

Are they working in BIOS?

Have you tried the front USB ports?

When the server is turn on, does the num lock, caps lock, scroll lock indicators blink?

Hi there,

Mentioned you have done a NVRAM clear? Through jumper 2,3?

If you have done the NVRAM clear using motherboard access jumper 2,3, and it doesn't work, you might be having a faulty motherboard.

Hi Bat-Erdene,

My bad, it's only 2 jumpers. I do hope it's not a faulty motherboard. But seems could be the USB controller which is faulty. The USB ports are able to supply power to any device, but will not work to detect them.

I would probably suggest a PCIe USB controller?
