Dell UPS Rack/Tower 2700W SMTP not working

My UPS have management card. I had set the SMTP server to 202.188.0.174 (proxy-smtp.tm.net.my) that is a free smtp server that I tested working in symantec backup fro email notification. But in Dell UPS, it seem like no work, even with/without "SMTP server authentication" also no work. Anyone know what's wrong for my current setting? Please help!!!

Is my smtp not support for the dell ups? It is use fixed port 25 right? I believe the smtp server I used also is port 25. Anyone know how to setup dell ups SMTP function please assist me. Thanks. Really appreciate your help.
