IDRAC - do I have it or not?
I've got a T310 (soone to be retired), but am wondering if I have any kind of idrac functionality on it. In my open manage software (8.5.0), it appears that I do, but when trying to connect, I basically get a mesage that it isn't answering.
Any suggestions?

OpenManage should give you the details needed, specifically if the iDrac is the Enterprise or Express licensing. You can also go here and enter your svc tag and it will let you know what is installed when shipped. Also will you clarify how you're trying to connect with it? If you are remote then you will need the Enterprise license to be able to use the remote console is why I ask. Lastly, have you configured the iDrac network settings yet.
