When I run SUU on Windows 2012 R2 i get following errormessage:
According the release note the OS should be supported?!

Hi,
To create a mirror it depends on which controller you have. For the S100 page 47 of the user guide shows how ftp://ftp.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_ser_stor_net/esuprt_dell_adapters/poweredge-rc-s100_User%27s%20Guide_en-us.pdf

Sorry, I copied an answer from another window by accident.
What version of Java do you have installed? It looks like it is trying to use an older version of Java from the SUU disk that doesn't work with server 2012 R2.
