Can someone direct me to the bootable ISO for firmware and BIOS upgrade on a R420?

If the server OS is 64bit Windows use this version. For the 32bit Windows version you would need this version. If the server OS is another brand let me know and I will hopefully be able to provide you with the correct link.
FYI- the Server Update Utility would be on support.dell.com for the server model you need, under System Management. This is if you need the same for another server down the road.
