Storage DELL/EMC does not discovery on DMC

I can't discover just two specifics storage systems on DMC: CX3-20c and CX4-480. Others storage systems (about six) were discovered with success with the same discovery profile and credentials. Just once the CX4-480 has been discovered but was showed like unknow device.

The DMC server has NaviCLI installed and flare version of storage is supported (xx.28). I found in the logs the event below:
