Bluetooth on Dell Venue 8 pro

I am trying to connect a keyboard via Bluetooth with my Venue 8 pro, but cannot find Bluetooth anywhere. It's not where it should be (based on search of these boards.) I saw a suggestion to download driver but my tablet refuses to install the driver. What next? This is really frustrating, I've spent two plus hours already on something that was supposed to come loaded on my tablet.
