i have been this problem for months, In the EM application RD test it shows me the when i check SIM LOCK , "ERROR 213" ,
can any one tell why is this?? i cannot use my sim card. big problem.
i want answer from dell Technical people.

I have not been able to revert the phone back to a working state, having reloaded from pre-Nodo through to Mango Beta 2 Refresh. This included reverting the firmware back.
Once you apply the update it's perminant.
Contact Dell support, they were friendly and although it'll take a month to get a replacement phone at least they will do that.
