DV8P falling apart

Hello all, I've been having issues upon issues beginning to stack up on my Dell Venue 8 Pro. At first apps refused to open. Attempting to do so would reset me immediately back to my tile page. I lived with this since my app usage isn't too heavy and ie still worked fine. But then my sound gave out. I can no longer raise or lower volume and my volume icon at the desktop has that red x on it. All these issues are slowly making my tablet useless. What can I do? Would factory reset solve all issues?
