Dell Latitude 12 7275 screen does not auto-rotate.

We have just bought a Dell E7275 (Latitude 12) but the device does not auto-rotate the screen when the user turns it 90°.

It will rotate if you use the CTRL/ALT/Arrow keys, but it does not do it automatically like the other we have.

Is there a fix? This is a brand-new device for an executive at out company and needs to be sorted quickly!

Hi SN-GE,

Thank you for writing to the Dell Community Forum.

Please install the Intel Integrated Sensor Solution Driver, using this link http://dell.to/2ev46zv. Then try the below options,

Check for screen rotation lock on the tablet panel

Ensure to check and Update the latest Chipset Driver

Go to Control Panel > Tablet & PC Setting – Check Orientation Screen settings

Check Control Panel> Screen Resolution> Check mark against “Allow the screen to auto-rotate”

Kindly get back if there are any further queries.
