Dell Steak message 16gb SD card blank or file unsupported?

I have a Dell Streak with 16gb memory card. I keep getting the notification sd card blank or file unsupported. Swapped memory cards same issue, I've hard reset, rebooted an same issue. I'm under warranty should i get a replacement?
