Dell Streak 3G Set up

just got a new Dell Srreak 5in, second one I have had, the first was fine until the screen broke!!!

The new one is not showing the 3G mobile network even though it is set for "data enabled".

I had the same issue when I updated the last model to 2.2, but have forgotten how it was solved. Any assistance would be appreciated
