Dell Streak JTAG Locked the phone
Hello all!
My phone has been correpted because of wrong flashing, I went to the repair center and they JTAGed my phone so now it works but sim card is now locked, and they cant unlock it :( what can i do

I read in forums that after JTAGing phone service tag should be reseted to 00000 but mine is not reseted so is there a way to repair it? ANSWEAR PLEASE
