Dell Surface Venue 8 Pro

Hi, im new here i hope someone can help me ... i got a DELL Surface Venue 8 Pro that was working fine and yesterday i try to turn it on and didnt... i put the usb and charger it as usual but i didnt see the white light  but i did see  the blinking orange i know that means that the tablet doesnt have battery so i try a new cable and doesnt work either so i was thinkg is it may be the USB port is damage?
