Dell Venue 11 Pro 7140 front camera not working
The front camera on my Dell tablet Venue 11 Pro 7140 is not working. I have tried a few things to fix it:
1) Full test with the Dell Support Assistant - no hardware error, but some drivers were updated and the last BIOS A20 installed - no improvement
2) Windows 10 Pro Version 1909 does not detect any errors, the camera is simply not there, in Device Manger only the back camera is shown.
3) Switched off the back camera in BIOS - now I have no camera, still no errors with Dell Support Assistant or in Windows 10
I would be grateful for any help - Thank you.

I had this issue in a Venue 10 Pro, I ended up taking a gamble on physically replacing the camera, and it worked.
It was a $10 part on ebay.
My suspicion is these cameras are rather flimsy, and just up and die.
