Dell Venue 11 Pro Service Tag changed?
The service tag on my Venue 11 Pro has somehow got set to '<ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>' - it gets detected as an Optiplex GX240 which makes most of the Dell software utterly useless.
Is there any way to change it back? Evidently it's not so impossible to change as Dell claim, since it got changed in the first place.

I have the same problem. I bought second hand Venue 11 PRO and the tag in Bios is for Optiplex GX240. Where to Find correct Tag on the device (I dont have the box). And how to change tag in Bios if possible?? Thanks for help
