Dell Venue 7840 Power off issue
Hello, I am facing the issue where my Android tablet powers off while the battery is not yet empty.
I first noticed it a few weeks ago and it turned off at 23% remaining battery, then progressively went worse and worse, up to 54% and currently 71%.
I tried the 2 things you suggested in another post:
-diagnostic says all is ok and battery health is in the green
-wipe cache via the recovery menu didn't help
What should I do next?

I had the same problem but not anymore. What I did was I left mine untouched for, in my case, at least 2 months. Mine used to shutdown at around 45%. After that, I made sure that it was not able to start at all then charged it till 100%. Thank God it works just fine more than 2 months now
